Bitte beachte folgende Punkte vor der Rückgabe:

1. Gesetzliches 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht nach Erhalt der Ware
2. Artikel müssen im Originalzustand sein: Ungetragen/ungewaschen und in der Originalverpackung inklusive aller Hangtags/Labels
3. Retourenschein beifügen auf dem steht: "Umtausch in..." oder "Rückgabe" und Bestellnummer
4. Erstelle ein Versandlabel unter diesem Link. Die Versandkosten trägst du. Bei einem Umtausch in eine andere Größe übernehmen wir die erneuten Versandkosten zu dir. Du kannst das Paket nach dem Erstellen eines Retourelabels dann ganz einfach an einem DHL Shop oder einer Packstation versenden.

Please note the following points before returning your order:

1. You have a 14-day return period after receiving your order.
2. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging including all hangtags/labels.
3. Please include a note in the return package stating either "Exchange for..." or "Return" along with your order number.
4. Create a shipping label using the following link. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
5. If you're exchanging for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item sent to you.
6. After creating your return label, you can easily drop off the package at any DHL shop or Packstation. The link only works for returns from within Germany. If you're returning from outside Germany, please contact us first.
